EG Robotics is an initiative launched by Hadath Egypt for Innovation and Entrepreneurship that aims to build new scientific and business communities in the emerging field of robotics in Egypt and MENA.
The ROV Egypt Competition is one of regional ROV competitions coordinated by the Marine Advanced Technology Education (MATE) Center, which uses underwater robots – also known as remotely operated vehicles or ROVs – to teach science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and prepare students for technical careers.
A group of universities and organizations have joined forces to promote robotics development in Mexico. These efforts have focused in organizing national robotics competitions, promoting the participation of Mexican teams in international robotics competitions, and on the creation of robotics curricula from high school through graduate programs. These efforts have already had significant impact on the interest in robotics in Mexico.
